be a part of chorister for Sumpah Pemuda ceremony at Gedung Negara Grahadi Surabaya this morning :) we've been practicing since April and finally the day is coming and the day is TODAY! awwww~ just feel so thankful to God to give me these memories and I won't forget it :)

The diva who puts the fire in fierce herself, Miss Tyra Banks, is dishing out some of her favorite all-time Dos and Don’ts for Seventeen Magazine’s Fiercely Real Model Contest (enter here by December 3rd). The contest is for all aspiring models of all sizes, who maybe want to get their big break without auditioning for ANTM and being on national television (understandable!).

We’ve collected a few of Tyra’s best tips: 

Posing:

• Do not be a "no-neck monster." Try to elongate your neck for maximum extension.
• Do not be a limp noodle. Always pose with tension in your body completely from H2T (head to toe).
• Do not stare aimlessly when posing. Create intensity for the camera through your eyes. Smize (smile with your eyes)!
• Pick a favorite model and study them. Everything from the way they turn their head to their fierce runway walk.

Go-Sees:

• Do your homework! Know something about the agency or client and be aware of scams. Not everything out there is legit!
• No nail polish: Simple clear, nude, or sheer!
• Be honest! It’s okay to tell them if you don’t have a lot of experience. Wow them with your natural ability (this is why practice is so important!)

How to Hide Flaws:

• Chin Up = Smaller Forehead. I am always telling the girls on ANTM to chin up! Not only will it make a large forehead look smaller, it will also elongate the neck.
• Knees In = Slimmer Hips. Turning a knee in will make your hips appear slimmer. This will also give you a space between your thighs, which is something that most women don’t have.

Finally, got my time to take some photos with my lovely boots, Dr. Martens :)

And this is another syle while I'm wearing it.

I'm trying to get rock chic look, but hopefully I was really got that look with this style. All you need are white sweater with a big size, blue tanktop, legging, collar necklace, wristbands, and then a pair of boots! But don't forget, you should mix and match the color first also use black eyeliner! I choose white sweater because it's a soft color and it's so easy to mix it with another color in your style. So, does my type really help you to get a rock chic look? :)
